Connecting Invisibles

Bello questo Connecting Invisibles di Derek Powazek sulle community come reti di persone prima invisibili le une con le altre. Chi ha letto il suo libro "Design for community" troverà qualche ripetizione, ma questa affermazione andrebbe scolpita nella pietra delle teste di chi vuole aggiungere il bottone "community" sul suo sito senza volerci mettere il cuore: "No one likes to be told where they belong. It's a statement only the individual can make. That's why I advise most of my clients not to call what they do a community at all. (...) But if you do make the leap, giving your community the power to talk to each other and form or deepen relationships, and they take to it and keep coming back, in time they'll call it a community for you."
